Return & Exchange Policy We hope you love your Ametsuchi item, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery or collection.
Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return Before returning your item:
Eligibility To ensure your item qualifies for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact
Returns requested after 14 days from receipt cannot be accepted
Please note that returns in unsellable condition, including but not limited to:
Deodorant stains
Pet hair
Missing tags
Noticeable odor/fragrance
…are subject to rejection upon inspection.
If any of these criteria for return are not met, the item may either be:
Accepted back for an Ametsuchi Store credit, or
Returned to you as not acceptable for resale, depending on the condition of the garment as determined by us
Refunds Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items and items purchased with promotional codes and gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your card company, as posting delays may occur
Non-returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale items, items purchased with promotional codes, and gift cards
Exchanges If the item is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same product.
