Block Print Flare Blouse

This cache-coeur-style blouse uses a traditional Indian technique known as block printing. Flared sleeves and a tie at the waist give it a feminine look. The waist portion has ties with bells, and the back portion has tassel ties. Small flowers and plants are used as motifs, and each color has a different pattern.
